This is a short mini course, a taster if you like, about how you can change your thinking and feeling around food to feel comfortable with your choices. Not be ruled by food and feel a failure when you eat something that you know might not be the healthiest for you.

Requirements
All you need is curiosity and an open mind. Hypnosis is a safe state but if you do suffer from Epilepsy it is advised to seek confirmation from your doctor before proceeding with this part of the course.
